Windows 10: Partition arrangement after MBR2GPT

I converted my HDD from mbr2gpt using the mbr2gpt tool in command prompt now after the conversion my system reserved partition is first then my C drive partition for booting then the EFI partition then my D data partition that I created before the conversion can I move the EFI partition to the beginning of the disk because it's not allowing me to expand my c partition after deleting the D partition and I want things to go back to normal what do I do I'm very frustratedI'm wondering whether I can move the EFI partition or expand the C partition somehow or just go back to MBR if necessary. Also

MBR2GPT cannot find os partition

Trying to use the mbr2gpt tool to convert to gpt to upgrade from w10 to w11 getting the following error.

Already tried solution from following and it did not work

MBR2GPT Error - Frustrated

I think those steps will fail because mbr2gpt is looking for a system partition, which you just deleted previously.

 

MBR2GPT: ValidateLayout: Too many MBR partitions found, no room to create EFI system partition.

Excerpt from that article:

Before any change to the disk is made, MBR2GPT validates the layout and geometry of the selected disk to ensure that:

• The disk is currently using MBR
  
• There's enough space not occupied by partitions to store the primary and secondary GPTs:
  
  • 16 KB + 2 sectors at the front of the disk
    
  • 16 KB + 1 sector at the end of the disk
    
• There are at most three primary partitions in the MBR partition table
  
• One of the partitions is set as active and is the system partition
  
• The disk doesn't have any extended/logical partition
  
• The BCD store on the system partition contains a default OS entry pointing to an OS partition
  
• The volume IDs can be retrieved for each volume that has a drive letter assigned
  
• All partitions on the disk are of MBR types recognized by Windows or has a mapping specified using the /map command-line option
  

If any of these checks fails, the conversion doesn't proceed, and an error is returned.

You may need to delete one of the Recovery partitions on Disk 2.
