Windows 10: Partly loading images in browsers, disconnection dowloading files in browsers,...

Hello,

for about a couple of months I have a problem mostly in all browsers Chrome, IE, some images on web-sites are partly loaded. F5 helps after 5 times reloading web-sites, sometimes images all loaded, but after a sec, some of them are replaced with broken icon not red X icon, just broken icon.

I do not have any antiviruses or additional software to block browser traffic. And it is not the exclusive problem for one browser cleaned cache, checked settings - everything is fine. Besides in Chrome all files can't be downloaded, it started ok, but after 10 sec finishes, so I need to manually every 10-30 sec restart download process.


And it is not the case about my internet provider, I checked on another PC with the same router and wi-fi adapter, on other system with win 10 under my account everything loads great.


The biggest problem is my work VPN works very unstable, especially when downloading a lot of data. It's disconnects all the time not the issue of VPN config. I'm using OpenVPN software.


Scanned for malware and viruses, clean. Tested some recommendations and tuned parameteres in regedit, but nothing helped.

The one thing could be useful, I upgraded my os from win7 to win10 a long time ago, maybe some updates changed something, so it's def OS issue I think, not the browser's.

Missing images in browsers

A security setting can prevent images, script, and like from running on a third party site. TechPowerUp is obviously at techpowerup.com but images are loaded from tpucdn.com so high security settings can forbid them from loading.

Go into the browsers settings and make sure Security and Privacy settings are set to default.


You could also try flushing the DNS cache in case the name resolution of tpucdn.com is bad.


If none of that works, try adding http://*.tpucdn.com to the "trusted sites" list under the Security tab.
