Windows 10: Partner center - Employment Verification fails

We are having trouble passing Employment Verification. It fails and clicking on "Fix Now" button does not ask to upload the documents.We have raised this issue in partner center support request but we get no assistance from support. Our business is impacted heavily because of this as we require to distribute the drivers. We request you to please help us in this matter. It is really urgent for us to go live in market to meet our dead lines.Service request: 2407040040006640

Your individual Profile is unavailable - Partner Membership Center

Hi All,

I'm continuously getting the following error when I try to update "Your Individual Profile" in the Partner Membership center:

"We're Sorry. Your individual profile is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"

My MCP account is currently associated with my employer.

I've seen a couple of other blogs about this but no resolution.

I have tried:

Various browsers (Edge, I.E., Chrome, Firefox)

Using "In Private"

Cleared Cache

Using the following URL: https://partners.microsoft.com/PartnerProgram/IndividualProfile.aspx?a=1

Any suggestions?
