Windows 10: Partner Center - Manage Certificates missing

To upload Windows Drivers for signing I need to use my EV Code Signing Certificate. Before that works I need to upload my new EV Certificate because the previous one expires next week. unable to find apps and games in Partner center workspace in the latest upgrade

Developer account is valid until sep 2069.
would be thankful if anyone could share steps to find the apps and games in partner center workspace.

 

Imaging Devices missing in Device Manager and Webcam doesn't working

Hi,

Since you mentioned that the said driver is missing in Device Manager, what we suggest is for you to check in the Hidden Devices section on Device Manager. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Click on View and select
  Show Hidden Devices.
• Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.
• If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select
  Update Driver Software
• Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.

Unable to view Certification portal

According to your description, it seems that you get the error message and can’t view Certification portal.

About how to download the certificate, you can do the following steps:

1. On the “Your dashboard” page, please click on 'Download or purchase' under “Certificates”.
   
2. On the “Certificate” page, select the certificate(s) that you would like to download or purchase.
   
3. Please click on the “PDF” button. An "OPEN, SAVE, SAVE AS" bar will pop-up at the bottom of the page.
   

Besides, we kindly advise you to follow the steps listed below and attempt to try the following troubleshooting over the day:

1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge)
   
2. Clear cache and cookies. Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.
   
3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.
   
4. Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.
