    Adobe Flash for Edge

Karthika, thank you for your suggestion- but all of us have done this- and more- all to no avail. The issue is endemic in W10, and while we understand that Adobe Flash is not a preferred partner (you guys hate it) it is an integral part of the web- it is
utilized as a common denominator in the majority of websites currently in use.

Additionally, we have found that the new W10 is a resource hog- it has crippled machines that ran happily along with W8.1 due to it's "enhanced and enriched user interface".

We are sadly disappointed- and many will revert to our last version, simply because we no longer trust the Emperor's new clothes- they're wrinkled, ill-fitting and unsightly.

  3. Microsoft claims that Windows 10 platforms XBox, PC, Mobile are unsuitable for media streaming apps?

We where alarmed that the Australian Broadcaster SBS is removing their SBSOnDemand app from the Microsoft Platforms. The SBSOnDemand app worked extremely well on Xbox One, however it continued to crash on the PC platform which was not being maintained by
    SBS despite reports from users.

We contacted SBS nd received the following response which raised more concerns about the future of Windows 10:

Thanks for your email – our audience feedback is important to us.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you, however SBS On Demand needs to continuously update our services to keep up with the changes in technology. As agreed with our partner Mircrosoft, some platforms do
not deliver an optimal user experience so are no longer viable to host the service.

Again please accept our apologies and please contact us if you need any further guidance on connecting to a new platform.

    Kind Regards,

    The SBS On Demand Team.

This is really disappointing from both a user and developers view of a platform where Microsoft has accepted that the platform is not suitable (if the statement from SBS is true)

We note that there are several software apps in the Microsoft Store that do in fact offer a
optimal user experience in relation to streaming media, so why can't SBS deliver streaming on the Microsoft platform.

SBS is suggesting the viewers will need to change to Apple or Android to continue to access their supported Apps or use the web site. I would note that SBS's Web Site does not provide an
optimal user experience, is slow and frustrating to use.

We have raised this as a discussion for comments as this raises concern about the Windows 10 platform when Microsoft has informed the Software developer that the platform is not suitable.
