Windows 10: Parts of Screen Freezing/Appearing Where It Shouldn't

So far I've only seen it affect Discord and Edge. The problem has existed ever since I updated to Windows 11 24h2. When using Edge it tends to appear when I hover my cursor over something like a link or a tab, sometimes when right clicking, or when dragging something. When using Discord it appear almost every time I swap between DMs/server channels or when clicking on an image. Discord also sometimes completely freezes when I begin typing, the application is still functional what I was typing appears when it unfreezes but the entire UI freezes.Things I've tried:- Running "sfc /scannow" found

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!

Pushy Microsoft Edge screen appears when i open firefox

Edge opens when i push the home button which is set to Logitech setpoint settings to open Firefox 61. I close that screen and do the same again and Edge doesn`t appear, but it shouldn`t be happening because i don`t want Edge. IS it something to do with
Windows updates? Terry
