Windows 10: pass word recovery/reset

I am so fed up with the virtal agent. I have followed the steps to reset my password and still am unable to reset it. Each time I reset my password and try to use the new password to unlock my computer, it keep saying I need system administrator. Who in the hell is the system administrator that has my computer lock and will NOT LET THE NEW password be used after I have created a new password. I will NEVER install microsoft on any of my computers. forget password didn't work for me to get a new password to use. Again each time it said I needed a system administrator.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
