    Passcode not recognised after update


    Hi, I have just updated windows 10 and went into safe mode to see if it resolved a separate issue. However windows will now not recognise my administrator passcode despite it being correct. Help please!

    Not recognising passcode

    My phone is not recognising my passcode and is asking me to type in A1B2C3 when I do this it then asks for my passcode again then tells me to charge for two hours restart and try again. Fourth attempt now. I really need to sort this as I don't want to
    factory restore, my phone has music on apps that I would lose. Help Passcode not recognised after update :(

    Laptop not recognising passcode

    Using windows 10. Lenovo ideapad 510

    Does not recognise passcode. Keeps telling me its incorrect I tried the on screen keyboard, did not work.

    My Doro Phone and laptop recognise one another, but on trying to copy a picture from the phone to tjhe laptop I am presented with a passcode and asked if it matches. How should I handle this?
