Windows 10: passowrd

My brother-in-law passed away last week and we can't log onto his computer because we can't find his password. We found a list of passwords but nothing for his computer.

New user Name and Passowrd for Windows 10

I bought what I thought was a new HP computer from Office Depot as they were closing their stores. Trying to set it up no and see that it has a user name and passowrd already associated with the computer. I need to change it to a new user name and passowrd.
HELP?

 

Reset of passowrd

I have Lumia 620. Two days back I updated my phone to 8.1. Phone is updated successfully. But I am not able to download applications like facebook, heredrive and lot many applications. As the time of purchase I made one account with microsoft " *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
" and now I forgot passward. I have tried all options on microsoft site but could not reset my passowrd. It tells unfortunately our automated system has determined that the information you provided as not sufficient. Fill new form then I filled new form
and still got same message. While tried another option sign in with single code but not received code. KIndly do the needful.
