Windows 10: Password Admin Account Windows 10 Home - 'The User Name or Password Is Incorrect'

My password has been forgotten when needing to sign-into my Administrator Account, this happening whenever someting needs to be done what requires such action, and mostly when using Command Prompt to get into my User Account Control Windows Command Processor. It sez wrond password.My system is a HP Elite 8300 SFF, running Windows 10, woth 4GB RAM.Media Creation Tool was created on another PC and used by pressing F9 and it should have taken me to UEFI on my Flash Slick, but it took be to Windows Setup to start a fresh istall. This was cancelled as all that is wanted is to get into my Admin Ac

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Password not accepted when logging into admin account from command prompt - 'The User Name Or Password Is Incorrect'.

Am using a PC running Windows 10 Home Edition.

The netplwiz option is the same as I posted in post #2 below. If you check the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer box, do you still get this "incorrect user name and password" message?
