Windows 10: password email, password windows?

so i bought a new windows key from a computer vender, wich i still had on the computer we ware trying to repair, i try to log in, it says password email, yes... and then it says windows password hallo or something.. i changed my password 3 times now but yeah... cant seem to log in after my first password, even it says enter the same password nah, then a message pops up, the problem might be on my part.... kinda fd up, i also have the windows sticker on the back but idk if that has anything todo with my previous code, thanks all for your time, take care and be safe

Email clients not remembering passwords

Hi all

A friends computer will not remember his gmail password. He used to use outlook, and seeing that I use thunderbird and it would be easier to troubleshoot I installed that for him. Now that was working for a few weeks, and now the same problem is occuring.

We are 100% sure the password is correct, as we can access the email account through webmail, but the local clients will not remember the correct password. Of course the 'Remember password' button is checked, but still no good.

It returns with incorrect password.

Any suggestions?
