Windows 10: Password Error

I tried to change the name and password and e-mail of my pc so that I can secure it from my siblings and I keep on typing the same exact and correct password but I still can't "modify" my own pc account.


I also clicked the sign-in with Microsoft account but I lost my e-mail because I typed a wrong birthday and I can't recover it.

Password issue

After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???

• What is the exact error message you get when you enter the password?
• Did you reset the password again?

If you haven't, I suggest you to Reset your password
and check.

While entering the password, I suggest you to enter the password from the On screen keyboard. To do so, follow these steps.

• On the Lock screen, click on the Ease of access button near the Power button.
• Enable the Onscreen keyboard and enter the password.
• Before hitting enter, click on the eye logo to confirm the password and hit
  enter.
