    Hi,

    I have an HP Desktop PC and I signed out of it but then I submitted the password and it said it was incorrect and when you press the forgot password button it says that there is no usb flash drive detected so I put one in and it came up with a password changing wizard but then it says that it is not a usb flash drive password changer.

    Are you able to help with this problem?

    If you can great if you can't thanks for trying.

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Password issue

    After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???

    Long boot time and passwords missing

    The only reason I mention the account is that a Windows update recently was causing people to be signed into a temporary account, your password manager may be installed for all users but the list of passwords would be user specific, therefore the blank password list suggests a different account. *Smile
