Windows 10: Password forgotten

Hi, my pc's model is Toshiba. It is an old computer. I upgraded from Windows 7 32 bits Windows 10 32 bits, but after the computer booted, I could not log in because there were 2 accounts that require passwords. I have this one and a new computer that has Windows 11 64 bits. So I wanted to open the Prompt Command with a lot of methods to replace the "sethc.exe" by "cmd.exe" or to delete the users.First, when I restarted my computer in the login screen by pressing on shift and restart, I could access the troubleshoot windows. However, when I press on one of the troubleshoot options, it restart
