Windows 10: Password from windows 7 doesn't work on 10

I have a password that contained ctrl+backspace in the series, but when I upgraded from windows 7 to 10 that character was no longer supported. I can not log in or change my password now.

Any idea how to either revert back to 7 to change it, or change it on 10 without putting in my current password? I have information on there that I don't want to lose by resetting to factory settings either.

Window 10 does not stream live tv/ radio shows any more

Thursday April 27, still a problem, but now Windows-7 doesn't work with rushlimbaugh.com. The error is still: Invalid userid or password. I am waiting for a response from support with this domain.

Both Windows-10 and Windows-7 still work with with theblaze.com.

 

Windows 10(upgraded from 7), never had administrator password, now need one, but can't change it without (non existent) old one.

I don't know my windows 10(upgraded from 7) administrator password because I never had one on windows 7. Now when windows 10 asks me for a password, it says whatever I put in is incorrect. Windows 10 forced me to have a pin password to login, but it doesn't
work as the administrator password.

-Local account, not microsoft account

-Never had a password with 7, could do all administrator actions without password

I would like to know how to be able to either set an administrator password, or remove the need for one all together.
