Windows 10: Password is correct but the laptop but says it is invalid

Ive been trying to connect to my laptop however the password I used is not working with the account. I know 100% that this is the password and I checked multiple times that there were no errors in typing the password I even tried using the eye to make sure it was correct too. The only issue im somewhat aware of before this happened was that my second ssd somehow disconnected to my laptop and I just shut it down. This second ssd however is not where are the main but where I store other files instead. I would appreciate any help with this thank you.

windows live password says invalid

using an HTC Surround with mango update. recently MS required a change of password to my live account.



I changed the password and got it all set across all my devices, except my WP7 device, which says username/password invalid.



I am sure that the account information is correct, I can log in everywhere else, including for example these forums.



any suggestions?



am I going to have to hard boot my phone? that can be quite annoying but not sure what else I can do.

Did you try the step to clear the password, "To clear the code, type the code you received press and hold the CTRL key and tap ENTER twice"

Can you reply with a picture of the error code? Is the password you need for the BIOS or the HDD? Just asking.
