    Hey there, I’m having issues with my laptop as due to multiple fingerprint issues it has not allowed me to sign in and I remember my pin but even though I’m putting it in it’s refusing to let me in by saying that I have to wait two hours and the issue is that I don’t remember my password. Please help me

    Password issue

    After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.

    If yes, I suggest you to try to login in to your Microsoft account on other working computer. If you have forgotten your password, I suggest you to reset Microsoft account login password.
