Windows 10: Password Issues

When I log on my computer it automatically signs me on to outlook and microsoft, but I got a new phone and have no idea what my password is, so can't use outlook on phone. I have signed into microsoft trying to change password, but it asks for the current password, which I don't have an isn't saved in my google passwords to look up, at least not anywhere I can find. When I get a code sent to my phone and I enter it, it then asks for my 16 number/letter code I forgot what that code is called then it tells me it doesn't recognize those letters numbers and asks me to give them a different e-mail and I get a message that "were not ready for you". What is wrong? How can I get my password changed so I can use outlook on my new phone?

Password issue

After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

• Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
• Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
