Windows 10: Password lock

Password attempt:My windows 11 device is password locked first it has me do a challenge phrase where type in: A1B2C3Then type in the password which is correct And then it tells me "this signing option is disabled because of failed signing attempt to repeated shutdowns use a different sign-in option or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again". It's been on for 7 hours has not changed, and when showing the screen after around 1 minute to 30 seconds it goes back to the main lock screen. I've tried reinstalling Windows with my files. Resetting the computer powering off
