Windows 10: Password not working while in Automatic Repair loop

Came home after a power outage to find Windows in an Automatic Repair loop. It will not recognize my password, even after changing it on another device.Windows 10, Microsoft account password

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

Automatic repair loop

Hello, my HP laptop is in an automatic repair loop. I tried to go to advanced settings to refresh the computer and upon entering my admin password, it is saying the password is invalid. I even tried to change my password with my Microsoft account and
it is still saying invalid. Any suggestions on how to get it out of automatic repair or why it will not accept my password?
