Windows 10: Password problm

I've activated windows hello pin for both my administrator and local user account but suddenly today the pin for windows hello in administrator is disabled , the problem is, I forgot the password for my administrator, so I can't login , I tried the forgot my password option and changed the password but still when I use that new password it's showing me that the password is wrong go and change it in this website blah blah . What to do somebody please help

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.

Reset Windows Store.

• On the Search bar type “cmd” and click ctrl + shift + Enter to open the Elevated Command Prompt. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)
• Type "WSreset.exe". Click Enter.
