Windows 10: Password Reset Disk Windows 10

In attempting to create a password reset disk I at first couldn't find the program to run. I resolved that by searching for "password" in the control panel.

Now it's telling me that I am entering the wrong password for the user account that I just signed in with and signed in with on numerous other occasions It is a local administrator type account.

Thoughts? Thx in advance.
