Windows 10: Password reset is problem

When I first boot up my computer, I log on to Windows with my password. During the TSPs, it ask my I can't log on to my network with my OneDrive account. Immediately it will bring me another window with my Microsoft Account. It asks me for me email address and my password. I fill it in and connect. At the top of the screen another window appeared asking me do I want to save the email and password. Naturally I click yes... In a given amount of time I go to my Outlook, it will ask me AGAIN do I want to Fix Now my network account... Something is wrong:

Also with my notifications, on my Windows security, under my App and Browser Control, it appears:



I go to my Defender. There is a yellow icon with an explanation mark in the App & Browser control. I click that, but there isn't anything to mention. I had to use it nine times to make sure the "Potentially unwanted app found" wasn't there. there wasn't. To be sure, I checked my Defender and Anti-Malware programs. No objects found. To say I am baffled is an understatement. Please see if something can be done.

You can reset your password following the next steps:

• Reboot your computer / Turn your computer on.
• Hold down the Shift key at the start of the boot process to enable the GNU GRUB boot menu (if it does not show)
• Press ESC at the GNU GRUB prompt.
• Press e for edit.
• Use the Arrow keys to highlight the line that begins with kernel and press the e key.
• Go to the very end of the line and add rw init=/bin/bash
• Press Enter and then press b to boot your system.
• Your system will boot up to a passwordless root shell.
• Type in passwd yourusername
• Set your new password.
• Restart your system.
