Windows 10: Password selection greyed out

    Password selection greyed out


    Everytime for the last day that I have turned on my netbook (Toshiba kirabook) the password box would be greyed out, not letting me click on it and type in my password. The shut down and switch user buttons are also greyed out as well. I've had windows 10 downloaded now for a while and there had been no trouble. Any suggestions on what I can do?

    Disable the lockscreen password on my Nokia 920 WP8 phone

    The Password setting button is set to "On" and the selection is greyed out and cannot be changed.

    Also, there are only three password settings: "Each time, 30 seconds, and 1 minute". As you can imagine, it is extremely frustrating to have to enter a seven digit password every minute.

    it told me to type an administrator password but i can't type the password and the yes button is grey out

    Hi gyu! Could you log in to Windows 10 with any admin account? If you're locked out of the PC, you might have to reset / refresh your computer to factory defaults.
