Windows 10: Password to input on lenovo laptop after greeting first keyboaf

I gotong inti the bitkey mode but cant figure out the password to type in to go to next step

Not able to login to my Lenovo Laptop with PIN

Im using Lenovo Laptop.

Recently my laptop underwent windows upgrade.

Once upgrade completed, When I try to login to laptop ,it is asking for password.I only remember my PIN. I dont remember password. Even I couldn't recollect my password with password hint.

I went thru the earlier discussions on the same topic.

There were suggestions to sign in with Microsoft Account password. When I input the Microsoft account password it is telling that as incorrect

Also I dont see the options to select for PIN/Password.Its not there. Only option i get is to enter password which I dont know.

I know my PIN.Is there a way to get access to my laptop with PIN? I was using Windows 8 before my laptop went upgrade.

Thanks for prompt response Mr lx07. I will try this tomorrow. By the way, could you please explain what is passphrase setting? Is it in Bios - Security - Password? I will wait for your answer and then proceed to solve this problem as per your suggestion.

How to enable touch screen function on Lenovo ideapad 500

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to enable touch in Lenovo idea pad. Please perform the steps and check if you can enable your touch screen.

Steps:

• Right click on the Start Menu, locate and click on
  Control Panel.
• Click on View by: Category and change it into
  Large or Small Icons.
