    Passwords Not Saving Ever After Windows Update


    After my most recent Windows update which occurred earlier this week and was mandatory, my pc no longer saves any passwords after it is shut down and restarted. This despite me always clicking the "remember my password" box each time. This has never happened before. Other updates did not effect this in the past, passwords would be remembered when the pc was turned on in the morning. Does anyone know what was changed on this last Windows update and how I can fix it so when the machine is turned on each morning the passwords I have set to be remembered are still there? Thank you.

    There's a program called System info for windows (just google siw) and there is a section that lists all your saved passwords across all programs in windows

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.
