    passwords not working


    I had some problems with my other computer so I reinstalled windows 10. Now none of the passwords my family and I use work. I tried to answer the questions but it does not recognize my answers. The prompt says one or more is wrong but I don't know which one is wrong. So basically we are completely locked out of the computer. We are not hackers and we didn't steal the computer. The computer should be registered with Microsoft.

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    passwords not working

    Dell bios passwords 595B and 2A7B

    I have a Dell E4310 with BIOS Admin password
    I have tried the standard keygen for 2A7B, but the password does not work, I thought it may be a keyboard issue and replaced the keyboard, but the password still will not work - Any suggestions?
