Windows 10: Pastebin Issue ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED FULL FIX

Hello,I've came across a really bad issue which no one was able to fix until I managed to fix it myself though it wasn't easy.The error "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" can be fixed by running Notepad as ADMIN and following this path C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.Once in that folder, click all files on the bottom right to see every files and click on "Host" file which should be the top one.Upon opening that file with notepad you should see a bunch on website hosts and search for "pastebin.com" or "www.pastebin.com" and delete them or any website which is causing that error code.When finis

Pastebin Issue (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Hi there,

So recently i been having a issue with the website on my laptop, everytime i try to go on Pastebin.com i always receive the the issue code "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" I tried things with my DNS settings, Proxy etc, i even changed my browser and i still got the
code, On my phone it works perfectly but on my Laptop i always get the code.

Is there a quick fix for this?

Anyway, try to disable your antivirus and Windows firewall just to make a diagnosis, after activating them.

If the behavior persists, perform the following steps carefully:

Method 1

Reset your browsers:

Internet Explorer:

1. Press the Windows + R keys, type inetcpl.cpl and click OK;

2. Click the Advanced tab, click Restore Advanced Settings and click Reset;

3. Check the option Delete personal files and click Ok.

Google Chrome:

1. Shut down Google Chrome;

2. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run Menu;

3. In the Run menu, type: %localappdata%\Google\Chrome and click OK;

4. Delete the User Data folder.

Method 2

Reset your connection to the Network:

1. Press the Windows + Q keys and type CMD;

2. Right-click on CMD and choose Run as Administrator;

3. Paste the commands below one by one, and to process it, press Enter:

Method 3

1. Press the Windows + R keys, type Ncpa.cpl and click OK;

2. Right-click on your connection and select Properties;

3. Select the TCP /IPv4 Protocol and click Properties;

4. Enable the option Use the following DNS Server addresses;

5. Add the following information:

Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222

Alternative DNS Server: 208.67.220.220

6. Click OK.

Did the error remain? If so, try changing the following DNS addresses:

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 | Alternative DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
