Windows 10: Patch from 14/08/2018 a.k.a patch KB4343909 (OS Build 17134.228)

Hello,


The patch mentioned above, takes a huge hit on the cpu performance. I don't want to install it in this kind and want to take responsibility for that risk.


If not I would like to address the constant updating plus couple of bugs, that I can disclose that I have personally found out. Anyway, I want to know how to ignore this update.

Ransomware Patch

Two different cases:

• Windows Vista and Windows XP: They have been released a separate patch for the latest attack. No prerequisites.
• Windows 7, 8.1, 10: The updates of these OSes are cumulative. The newer patch contains all the previous patches as well. Earlier 7, 8.1 did not follow this, but now they are. For example Build 14393.953 includes patching for MS01070(or whatever) and the
  later builds like 14393.1028 also contains the previous fixes.

Sure a lot easier than following 17 steps !

Any idea when the new Patch for the new problem will be available ?
