Windows 10: Patch kb4022715 install fails

I am trying to install patch kb4022715 and it fails everytime. Win 10 rolls back.
I have run # sfc /scannow
Rebooted my machine a couple of times.
I have created a dump of the fail install that I am attaching here in the hope some Guru can help me decipher the reason of the failure.

KB4022715 failed to update

There was a thread with regard to KB4022715 failing to install. I had a case of the mud brain earlier. If anyone is currently experiencing this issue, it is important to note that the Microsoft Catalog does have a description about the patch and other
patches. This particular patch is for AMD64 Architecture. It would not install on my PC because I have an Intel Processor. I looked at other PCs in my network that has AMD Processors and one of the many replacement patches for this particular patch that
did install successfully. Do not get mud brain like me. Make certain the patch is indeed designed for your hardware.

Please manually reset your Windows Update Components
