Windows 10: Path to Temp files

I deleted an 18.5 GB folder, and it went into the recycle bin. When I clear the recycle bin, it stuck, so I want to quit and resume deleting the folder. But it vanished from the recycle bin and the original location.When I check the settings, I saw the following.It should contain the folder I deleted cuz when I inspect it, it shows. But I cannot find the location. Anyone know the exact locations of "Temporary files" shown in the setting, so I can delete the 18.5 GB folder manually?

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

what exactly do you need to decipher about that path line? also, what are you installing? perhaps i can help.

Yeah, I think you're right. I think the purpose of the echo command was to check if ~/bin was in the $PATH file. My problem is that I can't decipher the output and I don't know how to add ~/bin to the $PATH file.

Just for clarification, the snippet of instructions I gave is just a few steps in the installation process. Nothing is actually supposed to be installed with those steps.
