Windows 10: Pathetic update and login performance

Where do I complain about the pathetic nature of WIndows and support.

I left my PC for 2 hours. When I got back home there was a black screen and windows doesn't know which drive to boot from.

How is that possible???????????????????????????

Did windows update and restart by itself? How does it FORGET what drive to boot from??????????????????

It takes more than 20 minutes to log into my PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


WHen and how are you going to fix this??????????????????????????


It is unacceptable that your software behaves so poorly.

If I wrote rubbish like this for my boss, I would be fired immediately.


I expect and answer from a proper engineer that can ACTUALLY fix this.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
