Windows 10: Patio Setup Utility - Stuck - trekstor surfbook

Hi everyone, my daughters Trekstor Surfbook laptop A13B is stuck on the Aptio Setup Utility Screen.Is there a way a technically limited parent can fix it?Thanks in advance.

I can imagine the inconvenience of being able to start the computer as it should and I will be happy to answer your query. Let me ask;

• Did this issue start right after upgrading to Windows 10?
• If you upgrade to Windows 10, how did you do that?
• Did you try exiting Aptio Setup Utility?

Try the methods below and check if that helps:

Method 1: Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking and perform the Clean Boot.

Press and hold the shift key while clicking on Restart
at the login Screen (Bottom right corner).

• Select Troubleshoot
  and click on Advanced Options.
• Select Startup Settings
  and click on Restart.
  
• After restarting, choose Enable Safe modewith networking.
  

If the issue does not persists in Safe Mode, then perform a Clean Boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as Clean Boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

Method 2:

Put the computer in Clean Boot and check if it helps. By setting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

Stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility

I got the setup utility on startup and i tried following this instructions:

• Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select 'Launch CSM' and change to enable.
• Select the Security menu n the Aptio setup utility, select 'secure Boot Control' and change to disable.
• Select Save & Exit and press 'yes'.
• Hold down the power button until the unit switches power off completely.
• Switch back on and continually press the F9 button for about ten seconds; this should now allow the unit to boot up into the Windows Recovery menu.
• Select 'Advanced Start Up' and wait until the recovery menu appears.
• Select ' Advanced Options'.
• Select 'System Restore' and select a date prior to when the problem occurred.

(but I wasn't able to do step #5-8)
