Issue: Pausing and resuming break timers during Focus Sessions resets the entire session back to the first period.App: Windows ClockSummary: I tried the "Reset" and "Repair" functions in "App Settings" for Windows Clock but that did not help with the issue.Although I don't know of the exact cause of the issue and I'm not a code enthusiast, I'm going to assume that it is a design flaw that is present within the app's source code that is causing this to happen. My focus session doesnt sound at the end of the break/session

whenever a break finishes the focus session thing on clock doesnt sound.

When i went on settings all the things for it were turned on and it even sounded when i clicked on the thing. its just when a break/session finishes

i noticed it also showed a msg at the bottom on the thing that says

"Focus timer will sound only when ur PC is awake. change power settings"

i think that is the problem but idk how to change it

Why do my focus sessions reset to the first focus period when I pause

When I pause a focus session or break after completing the first period, it resets to the first focus period and wipes my progress. I have tried the windows repair and re-installing the windows clock app but it does not work please help.

 

Why does the Windows focus timer keeping reseting my sessiosn when I pause and then unpause it

The focus timer on the Windows clock app is broken. Whenever I pause the focus period and then unpause it, no matter how many focus sessions I have done in that session, it resets the session back to the first. I've tried restarting my laptop, updating my computer, and closing the program from the task manager, but nothing seems to work.
