Windows 10: Payment Issues

Sorry I asked this the other day but can't find in anywhere.


I added money to my sons account to pay for some Robux his account says his balance is 27p yet when I log on using my computer his balance is £20. it also says he has requested to buy 80 Robux so I accepted this and even though it clearly shows the account has money in it on my laptop it still prompts me to add more funds!!!

One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:

Troubleshoot problems with payment options and follow the suggest troubleshooting steps.

• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
