Windows 10: Payment problems

Hello,


I purchased a 50.00 gift card with no problem. I tried to purchase a 20.00 gift card about 15 minutes later and I got an error, can't process your payment at this time contact us. My Xbox Ultimate isn't due until the 22nd of this month. I tried both a credit card and my PayPal account and neither worked, even though it had 15 minutes prior. I tried again the next day and still get the error message. I have made sure that my card info is up to date, however that doesn't seem like it would be the problem since it worked before. I also tried purchasing from the Microsoft Store App, and Microsoft store site.

not able to add payment option

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• Is this the first time your facing this issue?
• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
