Windows 10: PC 3 years old, random black screen with white underscore. Goes in and out of boot mode. Loops.

I'm up to my wits end with this issue.Today I was working work from home via pc windows 10 full Amd. After I decided to play an old flash game of mines. Not gpu/cpu heavy at all. Has been working perfectly since, my schedule for the past month and a half is more or less the same. Work doesn't really consists of much, no programs that mess with anything/need anything other than internet. Games I play on my pc are not heavy on the gpu at all at best molded skyrim but no issues ever when playing anything.To get to the point, I was playing said flash game after work with no issues, aqworlds

Computer won't boot (black screen, white underscore)

My computer is no longer booting up, could you help me please?

I was looking at a website on Firefox, and noted my computer seemed to be freezing up as I couldn't move the mouse cursor. I couldn't do a reset via normal means because everything was locked up, so I hard reset my pc by holding down the power button.

Now, I am getting a black screen when I turn my machine on. The screen is black with a white underscore in the top left. The underscore isn't flashing, and my system seems to periodically restart as my monitor turns off every minute or so, then comes back to the same black screen. It doesn't show a windows opening screen or give me an option to hit f11 or delete to go to my bios and boot from a USB. It just goes to a black screen immediately with no other options.

I've tried to restart the computer 3 times to get it into recovery mode to boot from usb, but this doesn't seem to work either. Is there anything you can suggest please?

 

Black & White screen from sleep mode


Don't know if this is the correct place or not but here goes......I have 2 almost identical HP P6 desktop pc's 2400t/2420t bought new in 2013 both running Win10 Home and one of them is giving me a black & white screen instead of the regular color when I bring it out of sleep mode.......Everything is normal on the screen its just in black & white.

And all I do to fix it is restart it and it comes back to color as normal everytime......This started happening about 3 months ago and it does it about once in every 8 or 10 times I bring it out of sleep mode.

And just to let everybody know this pc is hooked up to my 55" Vizio 4K smart tv which is 1 year old.

The other pc has never done it ever and the one that does it has a Nvidia/GF GT 620 1GB card with 12 gb of memory......Let me know anybodys thought on this!

 

Windows 10 Black Screen with solid underscore. Can't boot PC.

The only thing that has changed after following the video's instruction is that once the underscore screen appears it then goes to a totally black screen immediately afterward.
