    Hi I've been having some trouble with my laptop for some months now, and havent been able to play games on it for a while. It has become only a work laptop. It crashes whenever i try to play videogames weirdly enough it maintains stable when playing DX11 games, occasional stutters, but out of the blue struggles with dx12 games. I have tried installing and reinstalling the drivers with and without DDU. I have tried reinstalling windows, and also didnt see any changes. I ran the hardware checks from dell to see if it was a hardware issue, and it did not find any. I dont think my laptop's GPU i

    Windows 10 freezing and frequent crashing with my Alienware M17X R2

    Hello,

    I am experiencing frequent freezing and crashes with Windows 10 on my Alienware M17X R2. The crashes happen unexpectedly and the freezing happens when with high usage of the Disk and when initially stating the computer after a crash.

    Looking to try and troubleshoot this issue to find the root cause. Not sure if it is hardware related or if the drivers are causing a lockup. Hardware shows no indications of a failure and has been tested by myself for any errors.

    Here is my last post that directly relates to this issue. The tried suggested solution does not work anymore.

    BSOD Alienware 13 R2


    I bought a second hand alienware and it has been constantly blue screening. It seems to be whenever the processor switches power state. If you could help me figure out which driver is playing up it would be greatly appreciated.
    The computer is an alienware 13 R2 with a I76500U proccesor, 16gb of ram, 512 SSD, with Intel HD and Nvidia 960M graphics. I have attached a log file.
