Windows 10: PC asks for password of wrong Microsoft account after update

Discus and support PC asks for password of wrong Microsoft account after update in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I was working, I left the room and when coming back the PC Acer, Windows 10 had updated.     PC asks for password of wrong Microsoft account after update


    I was working, I left the room and when coming back the PC Acer, Windows 10 had updated. Now to unlock it it asks for a password of a Microsoft account connected to an email I don't have access to. I have another Microsoft account, but I see no possibility to insert my own email address or select another user in the screen lock.Until now, when switching the computer on I just had to insert the password of the PC to unlock it, then sometimes when using programs such as Microsoft Teams I was asked the password for a Microsoft account, but unlike now I was able to enter with my own email addres
