Windows 10: PC audio doesn't mute

Device: Microsoft Laptop StudioWindows 11All updates installedAll audio drivers and devices uninstalled and then installedLaptop rebooted couple of timesTried troubleshoot sound devices too vie windows and surface standard appsProblem:Can't mute device:F2 button change the mute icon state to muted/unmuted but sound is there.Clicking on icon in a tray changes its state too with same result.The only way to achieve the desired result - to set volume to 0. But even then I can slightly hear the sound very quiet but it is there anyway.Problem is observed on built-in speakers, headphones via aux po

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Original Title: No audio

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.

I hope that someone can answer me

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
