Windows 10: pc auto scrolling, video playback rewinding, and lowering volume on youtube videos when...

problem:for some reason when im on start menu it keeps scrolling downwards same thing in windows settings when i play a video it keeps rewinding it, if i hover over youtube audio it lowers it and adobe premiere pro is useless cant do anything while having this problemsolutions i've tried that didnt fix the problem:uninstalled both mouse and keyboard drivers and reinstalled themenabling safe modeunplugged mouse and keyboard didnt do anything used different mouse and keyboard also didnt do anythingi did a windows system restore to when this was not an issue used these commands in cmd sfc /

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

 

Audio volume cannot be changed while Youtube Video is playing.

Bug Reproduction Steps:

• Use Bing to search any video
• IE10 goes to the Youtube
• Play Youtube Video
• Even the audio volume is up to the max or down to zero, you still can't feel volume changed.
• If I long press "<-" hardware back button to go to App Switch Screen, and change the volume at App Switch Screen. Thus, the volume of the Youtube Video will be changed.
