Windows 10: pc automatically shut down

Hello, Last few days I got a huge troubles with PC. It crashed many times in game after 2-8 minutes. I received many BSOD with codes: video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error or driver power state failure.In game there were log with dx11 errors. All the drivers are up to date, system too. If you want any files to see log or something I will send you. It is happening only few days.

I understand that the PC is shutting down automatically when using.



I would suggest you to run the powercfg
command to generate the sleep diagnostic report to analyze the issue further. Kindly follow the steps to generate the report.

1. Click on the Search Bar
   on the Taskbar and type CMD.
   
2. Now right click on it and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Type the following command and hit enter:
   powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
