Windows 10: Pc becomes unresponsive disconnecting monitor and Bluetooth devices.

I am hoping someone can help me.My PC has been showing faults of late during usual use. It disconnects the monitor and also the Bluetooth sound and becomes unresponsive to any input, including that of holding down the power button that would normally force shut down.When these issues arose in the past, we put it down to a fault in the graphics driver and thus clean installed all the graphics drives, which seemed to halt the issues.But now the problem has resurfaced, and at random times of browsing the web it just disconnects the monitor, sound, etc, I have to switch it off at the rear and wait

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

Unresponsive Bluetooth Devices

1. Which version of Windows you are using currently?
   
2. Are you able to use the keyboard without any issues?
   
3. Have you tried using the mouse after disconnecting the monitor?
   

However, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.



Method 1:



Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems select
   Bluetooth.
   
3. Follow the instructions on the troubleshooter.
   

Method 2:



Put your system in Clean Boot and check if the issue persists.



Note:
Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some programs in clean boot.



Steps to perform clean boot in Windows.
If the mouse is working fine after performing clean boot then refer the section that says "How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot".

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Device Disconnections

I use two Bluetooth devices with my computer - a wireless mouse and an Xbox One controller. The mouse has worked fine for over a year and the Xbox controller worked fine for a few days before I started having problems.

The issue happens most frequently when playing Destiny 2 where both the mouse and controller will disconnect. This causes the game to freeze for 5-10 seconds until a message pops up about the disconnected device. Both devices eventually reconnect. Occasionally the game hangs here and I have to restart the computer.

The issue has also happened when browsing the internet with just the mouse connected, where the mouse will disconnect, and only turning off/turning on Bluetooth will fix it.

I have tried uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, restarting, and installing the Intel Bluetooth and WiFi drivers for my wireless card - Intel 7260. I have also tried disabling the power management option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

As you can see from the Event Viewer, there are multiple error reports each time this happens. I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks!
