    Hi I have this strange problemMy PC starts very very slow but I can see the logo of Dell and then many minutes in a Black Screen with the cursor.After that Black Screen I can finally see the log in and I can access to windows and to the desktop, but the PC works very very slow. Like each click is 5min per action. So I tried to recover the PC I thought it was the operative system. After long hours I finally reach the option to recover my PC inside of my desktop/windows I tried to do it with Shift+Restart Button but I also had the same problem of Black Screen and I could never see advance

    Windows 10 black screen after bios screen. Recovery media also shows black screen.

    My PC just shows a black screen after the bios screen. This started happening after rebooting my pc after a virus scan. The windows boot logo doesn't even show up. I tried to repair this using my Windows 10 installation usb but after showing the windows
    boot logo, it just shows a black screen so I'm unable to use any of the recovery options. Any suggestions on what I should do now?

    After resetting my desktop PC Dell Inspiron 570 now I am getting a black screen with cursor only. I tied to go to Task Manager or Recovery option, but it didn't work.

    Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

    Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

    They, also, have some other options there, too.
    Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.
