Windows 10: pc black screen

Discus and support pc black screen in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; pc has black screen but cursor on start up.     pc has black screen but cursor on start up. Display comes back after I enter my pin, but icons for applications are missing and I can't open anything from task bar.
