Windows 10: PC black screens when downloading games

Almost every time I try to download a new game, after a little while the pc appears to black screen.The PC is still on, with the fan running, both the keyboard and mouse are still lit up. It seems like the PC is fine apart from the black screen.There is nothing wrong with the monitor I use it 8 hours a day for work with no issuesI cannot fix it by messing with the HDMI port on the PC, on the monitor or changing the cable.The only way to fix it is to turn the PC off and on again. Then it begins running like it should again.I’m assuming it’s something to do with the storage? But I’m not sure,
