Windows 10: PC blackscreen with audio issues

Hello. I bought a Lenovo gaming PC 3 years ago and it was working perfectly with no issues until a couple months ago. I had a bluescreen issue for a while and I think I fixed that thanks to forums, but now I have a blackscreen problem.The timing when it blackscreens is anywhere from 10 minutes after startup to 2 hours. The mainly annoying thing about this blackscreen is that when it restarts, sometimes my audio sounds like it's at max, even when it's muted, sometimes it's fine, and sometimes my headphone jack output device completely disappears. I can't find it on device manager or anything.

If you’re facing sound issues on Envy 24 monitor speakers, you may try the steps listed in

If the issue persists, you may update the chipset drivers for your PC and check if it works.
