Windows 10: PC blue screen BSOD and crashes, dmp file attached

Hi,I have been running into different kinds of crashes over the past 2 months and increased to a few times per day since yesterday. I just hope to locate the issue so I can go for RMA or something. There are generally 2 types although I could be wrong in the classification:1: Classic bluescreen or BSOD.2: The screen turns black while the PC keeps running, a friend says it's the GPU.I used to overclock and stopped when the initial crash happened 2 months ago. I have asked around and some say it's Windows, some say it's the 13/14th Intel CPU failures, and some say it's my GPU failing. IDK, could

Crash/blue screen

Hi

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.

Display Driver crashes with DMP file


I have been having a lot of trouble with my Display Driver crashing recently and haven't really been able to get an answer online for what may be causing it. I have tried old and new drivers as well as using DDU the make sure it is a full clean install with no change. The driver crashes very often, usually recovering but sometimes my screen will just freeze and I will have to force reboot my PC.

Looking in reliability history I have found some DMP files at the time of the crashes, these aren't BSOD DMPs so they arent being collected by the BSOD tool provided, they can however be read in BlueScreenView, unfortunately I am unable to make much sense from the information given to me from BlueSCreenView, so if anyone is able to understand what the DMP means and maybe what is causing it, it would be appreciated.

Computer crashing/BSoD What to do with dmp file?

Hello. Out of the blue my PC has been crashing and even gave me the BSoD.

I have looked around online and found out how to create a .dmp file and checked the MSinfo32.

I don't know where to post the .dmp file in order to get help determining what's causing the crashes.

I believe its likely down to a driver - most possibly graphics driver, but before I have to resort to doing a wash of the PC I was hoping I could get help with the .dmp file I created.

Any help will be really appreciated.
