Windows 10: PC blue screened when I restarted it and nothing with fix it

So I was watching YouTube when my PC was acting really slow so I decided to restart it by turning it off then on again. Then I was met with "your PC ran into an issue starting up" or something of the sort and I've tried every option to fix it such as, restarting it, turning my PC off then on again, resetting it, using startup repair, uninstalling updates, using startup settings but they have no effect, using command prompt, using system restore, and system image recovery. None of the options have fixed it and it says "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO" when I start it up sometimes it's been like this for a few days and I was wondering if anyone could help me please.

My pc Restart to blue screen!!!

Hello guys.



Today i try to use my pc, but i get blue screen error and after i restart the pc i get another blue screen error.

i try to use windows repair from dvd/usb boot but after showing windows logo i get blue screen each time!

i also try to fix it from safe mode, but i can't bcz when windows logo appears after 3 or 4 sec. is blue screen with error.

I also try to install clean windows 10 on my harddrive with another pc but not working! i mean in another pc's my harddrive is working great but when i use it on my pc is not working and i get blue screen errors.

i can't see lock screen to login and use cmd to fix it!

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
