Windows 10: Pc Blue screening/freezing when playing games

My pc has been pretty good to me i had bsod issues when i first got it but it kinda fixed itself until recently ive had this pc for 4 years and clean it regularly its mainly been happening when playing roblox its fine for a bit then flat out freezes and i need to restart it until just recently when instead of freezing it fully blue screened on me ive never had this happen with roblox but i have in the past playing a game called mordhau ive tried checking my hardware using device manager but everything seemed fine i checked my drivers for my gpu and it too also seemed fine i have also recently

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

My PC keeps blue screening when playing games

Hi Dyari,

thanks for your reply.

I have done everything you have suggested and still I will blue screen when gaming only.

I then reinstalled windows, and followed your steps again and still experiencing the same issues.

Also I was not overclocking ever. The blue screens occurred while at stock speeds.

Apologies I forgot to mention my motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING.
